    Sabbatical Work

    My sabbatical work carefully investigates the importance of community in increasing a student’s motivation and engagement, particularly for the English Language Learner (ELL). My research focuses in the area of increasing student success for the ELL population in my courses and to that end, I have created an updated curriculum in both my traditional courses and in my online courses to better serve this student population.
